  • To be first point of contact for visitors to head office and telephone enquiries.
  • To provide an efficient and courteous response to callers, and to identify the nature and urgency of the query, deal with simple enquiries or refer callers correctly as appropriate.
  • To process incoming and outgoing mail promptly and efficiently.
  • 5 GCSE ‘C’ grade or above, or equivalent including English and Maths
  • Understanding of Filing systems / methods and the ability to maintain, update including both manual and computer systems.
  • Experience of Microsoft Word/Excel

Ability to

  • communicate well with tenants, staff, contractors and outside agencies (clear speaking voice)
  • record telephone enquiries accurately using MS Outlook
  • prioritise workload and self motivation
  • work as part of a team
