The apprenticeship programme is delivered in the workplace and covers personal skills, functional skills (Math, English, ICT – exempt for those with GCSEs); NVQ modules and CIH certificate modules. You will be required to attend 3 to 4 study days during the programme as a networking opportunity or attend college on a day release.
You will report to one of our Operations Officers and as part of the Operations Team, you will build skills and experience in providing a high quality first point of contact for our internal customers and other callers contacting the Association. You will assist with dealing with a broad range of housing management, leasehold management, finance and repairs enquiries. You will also assist colleagues in providing an efficient and responsive service to customers and suppliers, providing administrative support and creating and maintaining records as required.
